You'll act as the architect of our pipeline, using advanced research and data-driven insights to identify and engage top passive candidates for GTM roles. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute creative targeting strategies, own your outreach data, and deepen your sourcing expertise in a high-growth, stable environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in in-house SaaS GTM sourcing at a high-talent bar organization
• Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets
• Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Structured approach to sourcing volume, message personalization, and candidate qualification
