• Conduct medication management for adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Provide psychotherapy in outpatient setting
• Collaborate with administrative support team
• Optionally supervise Nurse Practitioners

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process)
• Active, unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
