Enterprise Account Executive - UK / EMEA

Description

You will own and execute complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close, driving growth within strategic accounts while developing net-new business. You'll collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and build C-level relationships, representing Leapwork's AI orchestration and automation platform.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise software sales track record (ideally SaaS), closing deals over $100K+ ACV
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing new enterprise logos
  • Experience with partner and channel sales models (GSIs, VARs, technology partners)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through new logo acquisition and expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing, channel, and alliances teams to accelerate pipeline
  • Maintain 4x+ pipeline coverage and accurate Salesforce forecasting
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts
  • Engage C-level stakeholders across IT, QA, and Business Operations
