You'll lead Taptap Send's expansion across South Asian diaspora communities in the US, driving customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and community marketing. You'll own the full growth strategy for the corridor, building high-value partnerships and executing multi-channel campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and close partnerships with community organizations and businesses
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategy across diaspora communities
• Manage a network of community champions and brand ambassadors
• Build test-and-learn framework to optimize acquisition channels

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years in growth, partnerships, or business development
• Proven track record of closing partnerships with measurable outcomes
• Deep existing networks within South Asian communities in the US
• Strong commercial acumen to connect activities to business results
