🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage patient check-in, check-out, insurance verification, and scheduling
• Perform venipuncture and other lab support services after training
• Handle opening/closing duties and maintain office supplies and cleanliness
• Master technology suite including EMR, Slack, and G-suite

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient facing roles
• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver patient-centric solutions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology including typing and using multiple software systems
