🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily branch operations including production and staffing
• Recruit, train, and coach Mortgage Loan Officers and originators
• Oversee production across multiple branch offices
• Represent mortgage financing solutions to potential clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as Branch or Sales Manager in mortgage lending
• Ability to build a sales team of proven producers quickly
• Proven past record of personal production in mortgage sales
• Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional lending guidelines
