Description

You will lead the design and deployment of complex factory test systems, spanning hardware, software, and firmware across disciplines like Power, RF, Analog, and Digital. You'll collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and meet project commitments.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM degree and 8+ years of experience
• At least 4 years of direct experience with Test Equipment design and development
• Experience leading technical teams and projects
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Interim Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test hardware, software, and firmware through development cycle
• Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations to identify test capability and capacity needs
• Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet budget, schedule, and performance commitments
• Prepare and present project status to functional and program leadership
• Support manufacturing operations with troubleshooting and debugging
