You'll provide legal support for global employment and commercial agreements at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for international teams. Your work will directly enable compliant hiring across 150+ countries. This role offers a career accelerator in a high-growth SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review employment, commercial, and corporate agreements
• Provide legal advice on employment law and contract negotiations
• Identify improvements to contract management processes
• Complete assigned projects within deadlines and SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of legal experience
• Strong background in cross-border employment law
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English
