• Draft and negotiate client engagement letters and agreements
• Manage litigation claims, subpoenas, and discovery requests
• Provide legal support to managing directors on client engagements
• Draft offer letters and employment agreements for HR team

📋 Requirements

• Juris doctor degree
• Valid India bar admission
• 6+ years of legal experience
• Experience providing legal support to a professional services firm
