💼 About This Role

You'll own consolidated top-line forecasting for a high-impact Revenue Finance team at a remote-first fintech company. Your work will directly inform executive decisions on portfolio performance and growth strategy. This role offers broad cross-functional ownership and a chance to shape company strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations to drive alignment on performance.
• Build and own assumption-driven user and portfolio loan mix models.
• Monitor performance against forecast and diagnose variances.
• Own consolidated reporting across top-of-funnel, conversion, and loan mix.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytical roles (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
• Expert in financial modeling
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with fintech, lending, and payments business models.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
