📋 Requirements

• Fluent business Japanese and English (read, write, speak).
• Extraordinary ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptive, introspective, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
• Ability to travel 25–75% of the time.
