You will ensure data integrity and accuracy for carrier sharing, configure system builds per requirements, and support annual enrollment and new implementations. This role focuses on meticulous review, self-QA, and collaboration with internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years benefits administration plan configuration experience
• Strong SQL, MS Access, and Excel skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to compare large data sets and summarize findings

Responsibilities

• Participate in raw materials review and validation
• Configure system in accordance with requirements documentation
• Complete self-QA on all system build work
• Maintain capacity and productivity measurements through task updates
• Address escalated or global issues related to system build for clients
