Requirements

  • 3+ years in CX Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management
  • Experience overseeing a portfolio of related projects and managing dependencies
  • Proficient building working models based on complex data sets
  • Track record of using data to transform business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with executive sponsors and all levels

Responsibilities

  • Own CX tech stack end-to-end, identifying areas for consolidation and optimization
