You'll support the Property Manager in lease administration, rent collection, and payables for residential and mixed-use properties. Your work ensures timely rent postings and accurate lease data in Yardi. This role offers hands-on experience with property management software in a vertically integrated real estate firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Input lease data into Yardi within 48 hours of execution
• Track operating expense payables in NEXUS for timely payment
• Monitor rent collection and post late fees per lease terms
• Verify rent rolls for accurate occupancy and rental rates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of residential property management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
• Experience with Nexus Payables or similar payables system
• Knowledge of LAHD rent control policies
