You'll ensure product quality and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical and laboratory product lines, acting as a critical link between teams, customers, and suppliers. You'll support quality agreements and technical documentation, collaborating with QA, Sales, and R&D to resolve inquiries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and negotiate Customer Quality Agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to customer technical and quality inquiries for pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain quality documentation systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality processes and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
• 3 years of experience in technical services, quality, or engineering in pharma.
• Understanding of cGMP, FDA, ICH, WHO regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
