You'll operate mobile equipment and support continuous plant operations for the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, ensuring safety and efficiency in a renewable energy environment. Your core impact will be maintaining equipment and performing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate skid steer, forklift, lull, and front-end loaders
• Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections of dryer, furnace, and emissions equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks

📋 Requirements

• Experienced with heavy equipment operation
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Willing to work in outdoor environments with extreme temperatures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for 12 hours
