💼 About This Role

You'll lead studio operations and client experience at a fast-paced fitness studio, ensuring a best-in-class experience and driving sales. You'll coach classes 5x/week while managing the Core Crew team and maintaining brand consistency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client experience using CORE acronym (Connect, Open, Recognize, Educate)
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-studio for scheduling and sales
• Manage daily studio operations and cleanliness
• Deliver revenue targets through client outreach and membership sales

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years sales and/or customer service experience
• 1+ years coaching experience
• MBO experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends

• Some college education
• Leadership or team management experience
• Passion for fitness and wellness
