You'll serve as the bridge between mission end users and the engineering team for desktop and enclave services. You'll support the development of CONOPs, requirements, and test planning to ensure operational needs are met.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide the bridge between mission end users and system architects.
• Support development of CONOPs, requirements, and use cases.
• Assist in test planning and operational evaluation activities.
• Maintain cognizance of operational requirements across programs.

📋 Requirements

• Citrix experience required
• VMware experience required
• SCCM experience required
• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years systems experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Active Directory and Identity Management
• Knowledge of Trusted Thin Client and enhanced VDI
• Understanding of mission islands concepts
