Description

You will coordinate, maintain, and support program data systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. You will serve as the primary lead for the GPMS data system, provide support for Michigan Works systems, and manage the Request for Funding tracker.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
• Ability to explain technical or data concepts to non-technical staff
• Comfort working with structured trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting timelines

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead for GPMS data system, including data entry, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support staff use of ApprentiScope and OSMIS systems for accurate and timely data entry
• Act as lead coordinator for Request for Funding (RFF) tracker, maintaining records and preparing summary reports
• Monitor data entry timelines and completeness, identifying gaps or inconsistencies
• Conduct data clean-up, validation, and routine quality checks across systems
