Description

You will own an assigned book of agency relationships, converting them into consistent, growing revenue. You'll build real partnerships, close deals, and bring market insights back to Kargo to inform product and strategy decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising
  • Established relationships within OMG and broader agency holding company networks
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals
  • Working fluency in digital ad products, programmatic mechanics, and competitive landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain Salesforce hygiene
  • Grow spend and deepen relationships with key investment leads and planning contacts at OMG and assigned agencies
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through outreach and relationship-building
  • Provide structured market intelligence and client feedback to product and strategy teams
