Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using recruiting applications and creative sourcing methods
• Experience with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies
• Ability to operate with urgency without sacrificing accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via social media, Indeed, Carvana website
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone
• Assess talent, skills, role-fit, and culture-fit
• Manage candidate expectations regarding background checks
• Develop hiring leader relationships and advise on hiring strategies
