• Lead Manufacturing Readiness processes for multiple products
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules for production milestones
• Track ECO/ECN implementation and configuration changes
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across teams

📋 Requirements

• Manufacturing Readiness experience in aerospace or complex hardware
• Scheduling proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools
• ECO/ECN coordination and configuration management knowledge
• Cross-functional project coordination across engineering and supply chain

✨ Nice to Have

• DMSMS or obsolescence management experience
• First Article Inspection (FAI) coordination background
