💼 About This Role

You'll own IT operations and security compliance at a scaling fintech startup, supporting 100+ employees and defending infrastructure. You'll be the face of IT, handling endpoint management, SOC 2 evidence collection, and security questionnaires. This role uniquely blends IT and security with customer-facing responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage MDM administration and device lifecycle.
• Respond to employee IT support tickets and fix issues.
• Own SOC 2 evidence collection and audit coordination.
• Conduct quarterly access reviews across SaaS stack.
• Respond to vendor security questionnaires independently.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of IT and/or security operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 Type II evidence and audits.
• Working knowledge of MDM (Kandji), identity providers (Okta), and compliance platforms.
• Experience in a primarily Mac environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience responding to vendor security questionnaires and customer trust reviews.
• Direct experience with Crowdstrike, Cloudflare, or DLP tooling.
