💼 About This Role

You'll act as the central PMO for the Credit & Collections board, orchestrating strategic, regulatory, and structural initiatives. You'll ensure executive governance and drive clarity on roadmaps for a top Brazilian bank recognized as best workplace by GPTW 2025.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize the portfolio of strategic credit initiatives
• Structure and conduct executive governance (committees, QBRs)
• Plan and report roadmaps, deliveries, dependencies, and risks
• Build executive PowerPoint materials for leadership presentations

📋 Requirements

• Experience as PMO or Program Manager in complex environments
• Strong executive communication and problem structuring skills
• Solid experience building executive presentations (PPT)
• Ability to manage multiple fronts simultaneously with integration view

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in credit, risk, or financial services
• Familiarity with agile structures (tribes, squads)
• Direct support to Directors or C-levels
