🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search and backend engineers.
• Own the technical vision for search architecture including relevance and ranking.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science to improve search and recommendations.
• Optimize enterprise search stack (Lucene, Solr) for massive data volumes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing engineering teams with backend or search systems.
• 7+ years total software development with cloud-native SaaS.
• Strong background in search technologies (Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch).
• Experience building REST APIs and distributed systems on AWS.
