You'll operate, monitor, and maintain automated welding cells to ensure consistent, high-quality welds across production runs. You'll combine hands-on fabrication skills with basic robot programming and quality inspection. This role offers daily free lunch and flexible PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Load/unload parts, fixtures, and tooling in robotic welding cell
• Interface with operating software to run parts
• Verify correct part orientation, clamping, and fixturing
• Monitor system performance and report issues
