You'll perform home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Cabarrus and Stanly counties. This role involves following a designated care plan, administering medications and wound care, and monitoring client conditions. BAYADA offers strong support and advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Perform home visits for medication, wound care, treatments
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Accurately document care using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
