You'll lead Security Operations for KUBRA in a hybrid role, managing incident response and vulnerability management. You'll drive strategic security initiatives and mentor a team to protect critical data assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity programs.
• Manage 24/7 monitoring of security alerts and incidents.
• Design and operate a risk-based vulnerability management program.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of SOC security technologies.

📋 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in information security.
• 5+ years leading security teams.
• Working knowledge of IAM, SIEM, incident management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with incident response and security event management solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
