💼 About This Role

You'll join Fresha's Professional Services Team to onboard beauty and wellness partners onto the AI-powered platform. You'll ensure quality data migration and drive platform adoption to support rapid business growth. This role is based onsite in Makati with a fixed start date of March 2, 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate onboarding process and set project expectations
• Guide partners on the Fresha platform to boost adoption
• Ensure quality and accuracy during data migration
• Track project timelines and manage partner correspondence

📋 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Proficient in Excel and data cleaning
• Experience in project coordination or certification
• Ability to manage partner expectations commercially

• Experience in Beauty & Wellness sector
• Previous start-up/scale-up tech company experience
