Description

As a Clinical Account Manager, you will manage territory accounts by building relationships with healthcare professionals, analyze business performance, and execute territory plans to meet sales targets. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and provide strategic customer education to advance business objectives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience, with preference for Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology
  • Strong clinical selling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare landscape trends
  • Prior experience in large accounts and/or hospitals

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage territory accounts, creating relationships with physicians, allied HCPs, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain a deep understanding of territory including opinion leaders, treatment trends, payer dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Create and execute comprehensive territory plans, deliver branded sales messages, and achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate clinical/disease/product expertise and deliver strategic customer education
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align strategies and advance business objectives
