You'll lead a team of 8-10 mobile engineers building a companion app for Honda's next-gen EVs using Kotlin Multiplatform and modern UI frameworks. You'll bridge teams with Honda, drive Agile processes, and recruit top talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and manage 8-10 direct reports, ensuring performance and growth
• Collaborate with UX, QA, Product, Backend, and TPM to deliver features
• Bridge communication with parent company Honda for smooth operations
• Establish priorities and streamline Agile processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
• 4+ years as a Software Engineer
• 1+ years managing teams of 3+ engineers
• Mobile app development experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)

• Android Automotive or UWB/BLE experience
