💼 About This Role

You'll join Enviva, the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, to ensure preventive maintenance on critical machinery for 24/7 pellet manufacturing. Your work will directly improve equipment reliability and support our low-carbon energy mission. This role offers the chance to work with diverse rotating equipment in a growing renewable energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble, cut, thread, and lay pipes for equipment installation and repair.
• Diagnose and repair motors, fans, gearboxes, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication as scheduled.
• Operate mobile equipment and maintain housekeeping standards.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders with own basic tools.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting rotating equipment.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical degree or equivalent.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and vibration analysis.
• Knowledge of industrial electricity and precision alignment.
