💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise sales efforts for Entrata's AI-driven property management platform, building relationships with multifamily clients in the East Region. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with travel to client sites and industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Contact and qualify new and existing clients.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of technology/software sales experience (SaaS, PaaS, etc.)
• Proven track record of sales success and quota attainment
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory
• Bachelor's degree
