💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Content & Search team at Quizlet, driving strategy and engineering for creation, search, and Generative AI/LLM experiences. You'll shape the technology roadmap to help millions of learners worldwide succeed. This role is onsite in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Report to VP of Engineering and contribute to leadership team
• Drive strategic roadmap for content & search pillar
• Mentor teams in design and implementation of complex systems
• Deliver cross-functional efforts for Quizlet's future

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 7+ years leading and managing teams including managers
• Expertise in frontend, mobile, and fullstack systems
• Demonstrated ability in system architecture and design
