๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Kaseya's Global Support Organization, providing second/third level support for Datto EDR and AV solutions to partners worldwide. You'll troubleshoot endpoint detection, investigate security alerts, and help customers resolve incidents. This role stands out for its focus on cybersecurity and endpoint protection in a high-growth company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide second/third level support for Datto EDR and AV via phone, chat, ticketing.
- Troubleshoot endpoint detection, antivirus protection, policy configuration, agent deployment.
- Investigate security alerts, behavioral detections, and threat events.
- Analyze logs, diagnostic outputs, and system behavior to identify root cause.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support + at least 2 years of cybersecurity support.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security, EDR, or antivirus platforms.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience analyzing system logs and security alerts.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with SOC workflows.
- Familiarity with OpenSearch, Kibana, Splunk, or Grafana.
- Knowledge of macOS endpoint security.
