You'll own the accounting engine and financial operating rhythm at a fast-growing healthcare AI company. You'll build GAAP-based SaaS accounting, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and forecasting models that give leadership clear visibility. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial statements
• Run AP and AR end-to-end: vendor onboarding, invoicing, collections, aging
• Manage Stripe billing workflows and ensure clean contract-to-cash operations
• Build forecasting models and monthly reporting packages for leadership

📋 Requirements

• Experience owning end-to-end accounting operations at a SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Stripe billing flows
• Ability to build structured close checklists and internal controls

• Experience with revenue recognition automation tools and vendors
• Familiarity with healthcare or AI company accounting
