You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for a climate risk tech company, managing searches across go-to-market, engineering, and climate science. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, building pipelines and refining processes. Hybrid role based in NYC with significant leadership visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage entire recruiting process from kick off to closing
• Advise hiring managers on strategy, trends, and candidate calibration
• Build candidate pipeline via job boards, LinkedIn, and personal network
• Refine and scale recruiting processes and talent operations

📋 Requirements

• 4-10 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environment
• Mission alignment with climate technology space
• Experience supporting a range of teams across different domains
• ATS experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby

✨ Nice to Have

• Subject matter expertise in GTM recruiting
• Recruiting experience at Seed through Series B company
• Previous experience with Ashby
