You'll join a partner company's legal team to shape commercial agreements and partnerships. You'll own all legal aspects of deal processes and customer engagements, translating complex legal considerations into practical guidance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Counsel on risks and opportunities of proposed commercial actions
• Own all legal aspects of deal processes and customer engagements
• Partner with go-to-market leaders and finance teams to negotiate enterprise-level agreements
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams on innovation and operational delivery

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 6+ years of legal experience
• Experience in improving and operationalizing legal processes in a high-growth environment
