Description
You will build and lead Copper's East Coast commercial presence, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals. You'll work with multifamily building owners and channel partners to establish a repeatable sales motion, collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Product to drive growth in dense urban markets.
Requirements
- Experience selling into the built environment (appliances, hardware, building systems)
- Builder mindset: comfortable with greenfield environments and executing day-to-day
- Strong pipeline ownership and ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Commercial judgment and negotiation skills
- Clear, credible communicator who builds trust quickly
Responsibilities
- Own the East Coast sales motion and build a pipeline of multifamily opportunities
- Develop playbooks for selling to property owners, operators, and developers
- Lead deals from first outreach through negotiation and close
- Establish relationships with stakeholders across the building ecosystem
