You'll generate net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents and identifying prospects. You'll work toward becoming a Strategic Growth Manager through a formal training program. This role is fully on-site in Houston, requiring cold outreach and CRM management.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
- Prospect via cold-calls, text, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Document all activities within CRM and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Self-starter with ability to work without direct supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
