💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one nursing care for a 27-year-old female client with a tracheostomy in Atco, NJ, working 12-hour day shifts. You'll make a real difference in someone's life while receiving paid trach and vent training and ongoing clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to trach/vent client
• Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document patient assessments and interventions

📋 Requirements

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Willingness to learn trach and vent care (training provided)
• Comfortable with 12-hour day shifts (7a-7p, 8a-8p, or 9a-9p)

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous home care or pediatric experience
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience
