Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
  • Experience in SaaS environment with new business development and account growth
  • Experience in one of core verticals: EdTech, Commerce, Regulations Compliance, or Industrials
  • Proven sales leadership and revenue strategy skills
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy for new customer acquisition and account expansion
  • Drive proactive prospecting and outbound campaigns to generate pipeline
  • Oversee strategies to deepen client relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell
  • Own sales forecasting and provide accurate revenue projections
