Description

You will drive adoption of Calyxo's kidney stone treatment technology among physicians in the Inland Empire territory, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas. You'll build relationships with key customers, conduct product demonstrations, and partner with teams to ensure successful account development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience
• Medical device experience preferred
• Operating room experience required
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for defined territory
• Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plan outlining objectives and vulnerabilities
• Communicate product value proposition to customers
• Qualify, train, and develop accounts for high adoption
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs
