💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end implementation of our Residential Flex product for enterprise clients, managing client relationships and driving tech delivery. You'll act as bridge between client and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption of Kraken's platform.

• Manage enterprise client relationships with product and business owners
• Triage incoming requests and prioritize client needs internally
• Summarize client requirements for ongoing platform development
• Support engineering team to deliver product features

• Agile delivery experience
• Product management and customer journeys experience
