💼 About This Role

You'll join a team developing advanced materials for OLED displays using quantum simulations and machine learning. You'll perform QA/QC analysis with NMR, HPLC, and other techniques to ensure materials meet specifications. This role offers the chance to mentor junior chemists in a pilot production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and validate analytical methods using NMR, GC, MS, HPLC, etc.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve technical issues.
• Document test procedures, deviations, and findings per SOPs.
• Mentor and supervise junior analytical chemists.

📋 Requirements

• MSc or PhD in chemistry or related science
• 3-5 years of experience in analytical chemistry within an industrial lab
• Hands-on experience with NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and other analytical instruments
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and SOP compliance

• Experience with organic chemistry
• Ability to perform independent research of chemical literature
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing software
