💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and co-founders to drive new business and expand customer base for Ankar's AI operating system for innovation. You'll manage the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts, helping the most innovative organizations accelerate their IP and R&D work.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end sales including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Execute GTM strategy and bring messaging to life in prospect conversations.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline via outbound, inbound, and events.
  • Partner with Head of Sales to refine processes and share market insights.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to run full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Resilience and proactivity in generating pipeline and moving deals forward.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in early-stage startups, commercializing AI or IP products.
  • Strong existing network in enterprise innovation, R&D, or IP teams.
