Description

You will lead and mentor a team of nurses and home health aides, conduct client assessments, develop care plans, and ensure the highest standards of care for pediatric and adult clients in the Wyomissing, PA area.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides
• Facilitate new hire orientation
• Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff
