💼 About This Role

You'll own the design vision for Agent+, the flagship platform that empowers designers and developers to ship production-grade apps 10x faster. You'll pioneer workflows merging design and code, and serve as the face of design excellence within Tempo. This role is compensated 50% above standard product design roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design vision for Agent+ engagements with high-profile clients
• Pioneer workflows that merge design and code
• Advocate for design engineering internally and externally
• Partner with founders, clients, and engineers on design systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design at venture-backed startups
• Evidence of world-class design execution on complex software applications
• Proficiency in Figma
• English C1 or better

• Active in design community with notable social following or public-facing presence
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, CSS, JavaScript) or design-to-code workflows
