You'll join a compassionate team providing comprehensive treatment to adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Your work will promote recovery and community integration through evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy for dual diagnosis clients
• Conduct relapse prevention planning and substance use education
• Coordinate care as primary case manager for assigned consumers
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Massachusetts licensure (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW) or license eligible
• Experience working with adults with substance abuse disorders
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
