You'll join the growth engine behind Alan's self-service member acquisition, building and optimizing alan.com and marketing systems. Your code directly drives member acquisition and revenue growth, enabling teams across Alan to execute faster and better.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize alan.com for conversion and performance
• Develop seamless self-service flows from discovery to signup
• Implement and scale acquisition channels across multiple markets
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python or similar OOP language
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Understanding of conversion funnels and marketing metrics

• Experience with React and PostgreSQL
• Passion for healthcare technology and AI
• Familiarity with SEO and paid acquisition channels
